‘The Embellishment’ focuses on mundane objects of the everyday, whose functionality allows them to exist while looking horrifically dull. This project targets the public’s decidedly most aesthetically disinclined objects and aims to bring happiness and whimsicality back to their structures, questioning the integrity of fun within the conventional.
